COVID-19 Update

Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. This is to let everyone know that Mr. Mike’s Plumbing Calgary will remain open to continue to provide you with excellent service throughout this horrible crisis. In response to COVID- 19, our team is taking extreme precautions to ensure the safety of both your family and ours.

Below is an outline of some of the steps that we are taking to help curb this crisis.

• Clients will be asked by our friendly office staff to wipe down work areas before our plumbers arrive.
• Your plumber will disinfect their hands before entering a home and throughout the job.
• All of our plumbers are told to practice social distancing while at work and off work.
• Your plumber will be equipped with disinfectant spray and lots of paper towels.
• Our Plumbers are all equipped with drop cloths that are cleaned with bleach.
• Your plumber will be wearing disposable gloves and spraying them with disinfectant once they are put on and throughout the service. They will be changing them as necessary.
• All our plumbers are equipped with masks so rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to protect our clients and plumbers.
• Your plumber will be spraying their outfits with their disinfectant before and after each call.

To help stop the spread, we have cancelled all staff meetings and our plumbers will follow all of the guidelines that the government has put in place. We are enforcing this and if any of our plumbers aren’t practicing proper social distancing, or has been in contact with someone with coronavirus, we will deal with this internally. All of our plumbers have their own families and are taking this very seriously as they are dedicated to do their part to flatten the curve.
