March 30, 2020| Dear valued customer, We wanted to let you know what we are doing in response to COVID-19, and what you can expect from us here at Mr. Mike’s Plumbing. Although the risk level in Alberta is rated as low, we are taking proactive measures to protect our clients. At Mr. Mike’s Plumbing, we will be wearing masks and gloves when we enter your home to make sure our clients and staff stay healthy. We have no cases of the virus with our team, if we do happen to get the virus down the road, we will follow all the necessary guidelines at that time. We strongly believe if we follow the strict protocols outlined in this notice, we will do everything we can to prevent anyone from getting this virus. If in the off chance someone did come in contact with the virus, we will prevent spreading the virus to our clients. We are confident in our response to the crisis. We have put in procedures that will protect our clients and staff’s health and safety as this is our top priority.
